Media personality and singer Robert Ssekinde, popularly known as Tuff B, is intensifying his campaign as an independent candidate for Member of Parliament, Makindye East.
Speaking about his political ambition, Tuff B assured voters that his leadership will prioritize service delivery over political allegiance, promising solutions rooted in real community needs.
Tuff B says he understands Makindye East more than any other contender because he has lived all his life in the constituency and knows the challenges firsthand.
“I come bearing common sense solutions and I will deliver services beyond colours. I will represent the people effectively because I understand their problems. I was born there, lived there and I will be buried there,” Tuff B said during an interview with a local TV station.
Tuff B faces stiff competition from Ali Mulyanyama of the National Unity Platform (NUP), who previously served as Mayor of Makindye Division.
