While discussing the dominance of Nigerian music in Uganda, Douglas Lwanga advised all the stakeholders to work as a team to grow the industry and stop the prominence of international music.
“All stakeholders need to work together to stop the dominance of Nigerian music. It’s swallowing up our industry. If we work as a team, we can achieve this,” Douglas Lwanga said.
Many music analysts believe that Nigerians are slowly hijacking the Ugandan music industry.
Over 10 Nigerians have performed in Uganda since this year began.
