22 April globally is recognized as the Earth Day and Ugandan Children together with Uganda's Little Hands Go Green which organised an International Children's Climate Change Conference.

The conference run under the theme ‘End Plastic pollution, Restore Nature, Protect the future’ where schools like Otim Tom Memorial school, Royal Primary school, Mother Mary Primary School, Aga Khan School among others made presentations on how the public and children  should conserve and protect the environment.
