Justice and Constitutional Affairs Minister Maj. Gen. Kahinda Otafire turned himself a comedian at late Maj.Gen. Levi Karuhanga's requiem service that was held at St Luke's Church Ntinda.
During the service, Kahinda told mourners that he doesn't believe in Jesus' return...sending the mourners into forced laughters. Here is the extract in his speech.

"Iam one of those who totally don't believe in the resurrection of Jesus Christ.When I was young, they told me that Jesus is about
to return, am now going to die and Jesus is still about to come.Anyway, if he is coming let's wait but what am sure of is that he will
not find me around. But if i was Jesus i wouldn't return to this
world, because when he was here he was mercilessly whipped with canes and now that the world has a lot of missiles, it will be worse"
