Ghetto President Robert Kyagulanyi commonly known for his stage name as Bobi Wine has taken Electoral Commission (EC) in the Commercial Court in Kampala over copyright infringement.

Bobi Wine alleges EC illegally used his song entitled ‘Obululu’ as an advertisement without his permission to achieve their desired goals at his sweat. Through his legal team, Busingye and Company Advocates, asserts he is the composer, performer, producer, owner and copyright holder of the musical production of song.

Bobi wine wants to be compensated a sum of money that is worth 100 million shillings according to rumour from his camp!
