The Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) has declined naming leader of opposition in this team’s 10th Parliament on claims that they no longer belong in the opposition because they won the February General elections earlier this year.
While addressing journalists at party headquarters in Najjanankubi, the party spokesperson Ssemuju Nganda said "we shall choose a leader of FDC in Parliament like another party but not the opposition leader"
