There is a new bad black in Mbarara. This girl hails from Rwanda and has taken partying to another level. She sleeps with men and pays them. She parties nonstop week in and out and has a lot of money. Last week, we were informed that security summoned her to the police to explain the source of her money.

She is called Muheise Sheila. She lives in Kamukuzi. She has no definite address but all she has is the money to spend. Her favorite hangout is Vegas bar around golf course and Vision Empire. She moves with a group of girls that she pays handsomely to tag around her. Sheila sometimes comes to Kampala on to have fun.  When in Kampala, she hangs out at Gabiro, Bugolobi.
