All is not well at Industrial based Vision Group.
The latest is that three weeks back, the head of internal security at the company resigned over the unfair contract and unrealistic loads of work. Dorcus Magoba, who had worked with the company for 12 years, left very disappointed.
According to reliable sources, Dorcus resigned after disagreeing with the management over her new contract. As a senior staff, she wanted a better pay but the company was not in a position to offer her what she wanted. She decided to put the tools down.
When HOWWE contacted Dorcus, she said, “Those people will never appreciate. They make you work every day of your life but you’re not well paid. I am busy doing different things”.
At Vision Group, Dorcus was known to be a strict security officer. For the years she had worked with them, she has been the Master of cracking down thugs within Vision group. She is good at her game.
