The Media fraternity received shocking news today that NTV’s long serving MD, Agnes Asiimwe Konde had quit.
It has been confirmed that Aggie Konde left NTV for another company; Msingi East Africa Limited. Konde has been appointed the CEO of Msingo group effective 1st October 2017.
According to an official statement released by NTV, we have learned that Aggie Konde will leave on September 8th.
The letter dated 17th August indicates that come next month, Aggie will cease to be the MD of NTV. It also reads more that Aggie Konde has been with the station with for now 4 years providing an excellent service.
Under Aggie Konde’s tenure, she introduced entertaining programs. She introduced The Hostel show and Second Chance (Telemundo). She was also the brain behind Spark TV.
