Mc Kats is no longer giving out free land titles to people. During his health crisis last year in December, he donated land to different Ugandans. He claimed he had more than 40 plots of land in Kampala.
The slim sized TV presenter is now venturing in real estate business starting next week.
Mc Kats says he is a landlord in Bukerere, Namugongo where he owns land.
“I am going to be buying and selling land across Kampala,” he revealed.
Adding that, “I planned for my life and I urge young people to also pick a leaf. Instead of buying iPhones at 5M, buy land.”
