While addressing the press at Uganda Media Centre, Gender and Culture Minister Ms. Mutuuzo Peace announced that genital elongation was now against the law.
This attracted divided opinions among Ugandans.
Kato Lubwama and Frank Gashumba have come out strong to condemn the act in the strongest manner.
They accuse Mutuuzo of being ignorant about the cultural values, the ban is totally uncalled for.
They both condemned the act during an interview with one of the leading media houses.
