TV host Dagy nyce has joined a list of Ugandans who are against Promoters booking Nigerian musicians to perform in Uganda.
He expressed his opinion in a live television session, where he asked why promoters are so obsessed with Nigerian musicians.
He urged that we have good musicians in Uganda who can perform at a relatively cheaper cost.
"The industry is open but I wonder why event promoters rush for Nigerian artistes yet our musicians have been under lockdown for two years," he wondered.
His comment comes at a time when Nigerian musicians like Ruger, Chike, and Fireboy are set to perform in Uganda this month.
