Last week, musician Bebe Cool released his "Break the Chains" album after almost three years of working on the project.
Different people have since shared their opinions on the album.
Among them is Jacob Omutuzze, who believes Bebe Cool's age doesn't favor the album and that he made a wrong move.
He explained that Bebe Cool is too old to be doing urban afrobeat music. He believes the Gagamel boss should have maintained his music style, which has been his pillar for years.
"It really saddens me that one of the icons we know in Uganda, who has fought hard to grow our music industry, refuses to accept the truth: that some music is not meant for him to sing," he explained in an interview with a local television station.
Jacob Omutuzze believes it would have made more sense if the album had been released by Joshua Baraka because he is still a young man and has a bright future in music.
"If it were Joshua Baraka, who is 24 years old, releasing that album with all the resources Bebe Cool had or has, the album would have been well-represented," he added.
Jacob Omutuzze, however, praised Bebe Cool for the good production and mastering of the album.
