Prominent politician Mukasa Mbidde, has a strong message for young men: pump the brakes on getting married too young!

"I pity boys between ages 20-25 years who want to get married," Mbidde told Galaxy TV. "You are preparing yourself for the worst time of your life. You are going in for a woman who will forever make you regret and destroy your next marriage."
He elaborated on the common scenario of young mothers publicly shaming their "baby daddies" over child neglect, an issue he believes can wreak havoc on a man's future relationships and even new marriages. "They will keep calling, and when these women give birth, they become a problem in your new relationship. You will find them accusing you of child neglect before the media," Mbidde warned.
For Mbidde, marriage is a lifelong commitment that requires maturity of mind. He advises men to wait until they are truly settled and ready to choose a partner with whom they genuinely envision spending their entire lives.
