Pastor Aloysius Bugingo has announced that Full Figure and Charles Ssenkubuge will resume hosting their morning show on Salt TV in March this year, it has emerged.
“On March 2nd, the program ‘Omusunsuzi’ with Full Figure and Mr. Charles Ssenkubuge will return with power,” Bugingo revealed while addressing his congregation over the weekend.
The show was suspended in September 2025 by the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC).
In a notice issued on September 13, 2025, the regulator stated that the decision followed routine monitoring and numerous public complaints.
UCC said the program had violated the Minimum Broadcasting Standards, citing abusive content, inappropriate language and unprofessional conduct by the presenters.
The commission further noted that the show airs on weekdays between 6:00 am and 8:00 am — a time when children are likely to be watching television — raising concerns about protecting minors from unsuitable material.
Salt TV was directed to immediately suspend the program and submit a written response addressing the complaints before any reconsideration.
