Today morning an unidentified man was found dead in nakulabye at the juction of makerere hill road and sir appolo kagwa road at 7:45 am, its was a horrific spectacle as one of the boda boba man described it.
The john doe is said to have been killed from a diffrent location, put in a sack and then was dumped at the junction, witnesses on the scene say that the victims throat was cut because blood cloats were all over his jacket.
police arrived at scene as soon as possible and they assured the public that investigations were going to start immediately and that the responsible parties would be put to justice.
