According to our highly placed sources at the club, a city tycoon identified as Ronald bought the now faded club at $100,000 only.
The Sources further revealed that the Club will now close for some time as they renovate and revamp it such that it can earn its lost glory of one of the best night spots in Kampala.
According to an insider who preferred anonymity due to the sensitivity of the matter said that Club Rouge has been choking on debts for the past six months.
“We have been making losses, the customers have been very few and even our salaries have been delayed,” an insider confirmed.
The Club’s financial meltdown started when the then Marketing Manager Gareth Onyango threw in a towel for the Kabalagala based Club Venom which he revamped into one of the best night spots in town. via RP
