A Pass Loses Out On Airtel Sponsorship

Yes, the rumor is true ...our economy is really doing badly. A few weeks ago, the hard times started with Crane Bank ...swallowed it, Nakumatti followed ... and now the sorry news is that Airtel Company has dropped A Pass as its brand ambassador as the economy continues to bite.

The “Tuli Kubigere” hit maker, revealed via Social Media on how Airtel dumped him.

“I would love to officially announce that I am no longer working with Airtel Uganda. It has been amazing working with them and the whole team. I wish them the best in the future. Thank You Airtel, I appreciate the times we shared,” A Pass wrote on Facebook.

Meanwhile, we have learned that Airtel is cutting expenditure budget and one of the things is laying off some of the employees.
