After the Masaka street jam incident where musician Spice Diana demanded payment during her performance, and asked fans to take equipment, Promoter Mutiima has hinted that she might be using drugs.

“What Spice Diana did was unprofessional. I am sorry to my sponsors. For Spice Diana, I’m not sorry, there are better ways she would have handled the situation. I was busy with other things when this happened. She might have been under the influence of drugs,” Mutiima explained.
He was earlier seen in a video apologizing to Spice Diana, but he has since backtracked on what he said in the video.
