Musician Shakira Shakira says her boyfriend has become increasingly insecure because of how comfortable she is in front of cameras and the attention she receives from other men.
Speaking in an interview with a local television, the singer revealed that her boyfriend has stopped her from going out frequently, fearing she could be tempted by other men.
“My boyfriend is insecure. He stopped me from going out because he doesn’t feel safe when I step out at night. It’s only on a few occasions that he allows me, and that’s why you saw me out tonight,” Shakira Shakira explained.
Despite the tension, the couple’s relationship remains strong. Shakira Shakira says they are planning a wedding, but only after welcoming twins, which she says are their dream babies.
“The wedding will come after giving birth. We want to have twins before the ceremony—it will bring us much happiness,” she added.
The singer also revealed that her boyfriend lives in Uganda but works abroad, which sometimes makes things even harder for them.
