While others might have gotten over AK47's death so quickly, Sheebah Karungi is still enduring the pain of losing one of her best friends ... and she needs help, but certainly not from the people around her because they most likely are misleading.

You can never understand someone's pain unless you're in their shoes, something that naturally and scientifically is impossible.

Sheebah has now resorted to Google for answers ... and that's how she got to a two part article "How to Cope with Loss and Pain" [Weathering Grief and Working Towards Happiness] on wikihow.

Sheebah took to her instagram account and shared a snapshot of section 4 of part one of the article and captioned it with instagram handles of AK47's brother and singing partner, Pallaso and their manager Jeff Kiiwa.

Section 4, Weathering Grief reads:

Distance yourself from people who aren't compassionate. Unfortunately, not everyone you talk to while you're grieving will be helpful to you. Ignore people who say things like "get over it", "stop being so sensitive", "I got over it quickly when it happened to me", etc. They don't know how you feel, so don't give their dismissive comments any attention. Tell them "You don't have to be around me while I'm going through this if it's too much for you to bear. But I need to go through it, regardless of how you're feeling, so please give me some space."
  • Some of the people who are dismissive of your grief may even be friends with good (but misguided) intentions. Reconnect with these people when you're feeling stronger. Until then, distance yourself from their impatience - you can't rush an emotional recovery.

The article explains a lot and it is really a good start for everyone in Sheebah's situation.

We're with you Sheebah, and we understand the pain you're going through -- but we can never relate it to anything in this world.

May AKay's soul rest in enternal peace
