The government has announced tomorrow Wednesday February 24th as a public holiday as Ugandans go to polls to elect Chairpersons, Directly Elected Councilors and Women Councilors for District (LCV), Lord Mayor, Directly Elected Councilors and Women Councilors for KCCA.
The office of the Prime Minister issued a statement informing the country that tomorrow’s holiday is to enable Ugandans participate in the election of local government leaders.
