Over the years, the showbiz industry has seen an influx of new deejays and other entertainers into mainstream business. Whether they last or create an impact is a discussion for another day.
Last year, a new deejay brand was launched here in Kampala and Nairobi under the Power House Djz Ug name, however due to its focus and vision it caught the attention of other notable deejays names across the border of Kenya. Unlike other deejays groups this brand has active professionals ranging from accountants, Marketers, administrators and social workers.
And in a span of just 10 months, they have been running their own website www.powerhousedjzug.com through which their dj mixes are downloaded, they introduced a new music product on the market called the Travel Pack Flash which comes with 5 dj mixes targeted for the corporate niche with cars or those that frequently travel for long hours, events and bars.
The Power House will host the PG 18 Deejay showcase party on Friday 20th September at Valhalla Bar and Restaurant.
The deejay line up is going to have a total of 15 djz playing from 6 pm to 6 Am to give revellers a taste of “ a power house party”.
The headlining acts for the night will include Dj Julio from Magic Hd Tv, Dj Red Miles, Dj Clarks, Dj Bash 256, Dj Rau Styles all from Uganda and Dj Deewiz and Dj westii from Nairobi Kenya.
Entrance to the event is going to be free, the sponsors have great offers up for grabs not to forget the mouthwatering platters of food for the night.
