Bobi Wine has finally spoken out on Buchaman’s appointment as the Presidential envoy.
Buchaman is charge of ghetto affairs.
“I am happy that the people of the ghetto are now being recognized. My only prayer is that they tell the President the real issues affecting the common people are in the ghetto,” he said.
