Local YouTuber, Wasswa Emma and struggling musician, Angela Katatumba made offensive remarks towards the South Sudanese music industry.
They claimed it was still backward and unwilling to improve.
When the comments landed in the ears of some South Sudanese musicians, including Dynamq and Lady Kola, they demanded a public apology from the two.
On Monday, through his YouTube channel, Wasswa Emma apologized for his comments.
He stated that he didn't intend to hurt the musicians of the young nation.
He asked Angella Katatumba to also ask for forgiveness before it's too late.
