Kapa Cat fights Bar Management Over Cancelled Gig

Singer Kapa Cat faced backlash on Wednesday night for failing to honor a performance agreement with Liquor Shade, a popular bar in Kamwokya.

According to sources, the singer and her band were contracted to perform at 11:00 PM and had received a UGX 500,000 deposit for the show. However, both patrons and bar management were left disappointed when she finally arrived at 2:00 AM, hours after the venue had closed.

Her late arrival led to a heated altercation with the bar manager. Reports indicate that the singer demanded her UGX 300,000 balance, but management refused to pay, insisting she had breached their agreement by failing to show up on time.

As of the time of this report, neither Kapa Cat nor her management has issued an official statement on the matter.
