Singer Spice Diana, real name Hajara Namukwaya Diana, reportedly caused a stir after leaving with event equipment following a payment dispute with an organizer.
The incident happened at Labamba, a popular hangout spot in Bukomansimbi, where the singer had been scheduled to perform.
According to posts shared on her Snapchat, Spice Diana expressed frustration over not being paid her full performance fee despite traveling late at night and performing.
She revealed that the situation pushed her to react strongly, noting that she does not take financial matters lightly.
Fellow musician Crysto Panda publicly supported her actions, arguing that artists often face unfair treatment regarding payments.
“Spice Diana is right to react the way she did in Bukomansimbi because these things happen to musicians. When they refuse to perform due to non-payment, people call them unprofessional. She performed and then took the equipment after not being paid — way to go,” Panda wrote.
