Upcoming artiste Ronald Alimpa commonly known for his song "Lusuku lwa Cementi" is in the spotlight again for the wrong reasons.

A music promoter identified as Ambassador Marvin has come out to accuse Alimpa of breaching a contract they entered into requiring the singer to perform at a music show in Gomba sometime this month.

The agreement was signed in June with Alimpa receiving a deposit of Shs 500,000Ugx out of 1.3M they agreed.

According to the promoter, Alimpa didn’t show up for the show and instead opted to go to Tororo (by his admission)

“I suffered a huge loss due to his failure to turn up. We have filed a case against him at Kabalagala police station because our efforts to have him compensate for the losses have been in vain,” says the promoter.

In May this year, he was also accused of failing to perform at Cabana Bar in Kasenge, Wakiso District.
