The public fallout between musicians Jowy Landa and Nandor Love shows no signs of ending, with the two artists continuing to exchange remarks through media appearances.
Speaking in an interview with a local television station, Jowy Landa addressed the ongoing tensions and suggested that some of her critics are using controversy to remain relevant.
According to Jowy, she is focused on advancing her music career and has no intention of being distracted by public disputes.
“I don't have time for critics. I am focused on my music, and critics don't have anything to speak about musically. Lots of people are struggling and they do everything to gain relevancy in the media,” she said.
While she did not directly elaborate on Nandor Love's music career, Jowy's comments appeared to suggest that some artists resort to public criticism when they are not making progress professionally.
The singer emphasized that her priority remains her music and personal growth, adding that she prefers to invest her energy in her career rather than engage in back-and-forth exchanges.
The latest remarks come after months of public disagreements between the two musicians, with both sides making accusations and responding through interviews and social media platforms.
Despite the ongoing feud, fans continue to follow the developments closely as the rivalry remains one of the most talked-about topics in Uganda's entertainment industry.
