South Africa-based Ugandan and TMT- Africa co-founder, Chris Mbibo aka Cameroon Gitawo has been slapped with legal papers on allegations that he is a conman after he ran away with shs77m belonging to SK Mbuga.
"It is within your knowledge that following a number of negotiations and communication between you and our client, you agreed to sell and deliver to our client a Motor Vehicle (BMW 640D Model) pursuant to which our client paid to you a total sum of Ug shs 77,000,000/- as consideration for the purchase of the said vehicle," the document from M/s Alaka & Co. Advocates read in part.
