Chubby Deceptions soap star, Irene Milka is laughing all the way to the bank.
Irene has been contacted by top Nollywood bosses after her impressive performance in the hit local drama series "Deceptions". She is said to have landed a deal that will see her star alongside Ghana and Nigerian established names.
The award winning soap featured several newbies in the local movie sector. Her soft hearted role as a troubled wife won her fans far and wide. To add icing to the cake, the series got a huge deal with DSTV on which it shows on Africa Magic, a dedicated channel for the crème dela crème of African cinema.
Uganda movie sector is short of top quality movies and talent. This may just be the beginning of a long walk to the dream.
