BUSTED: NWSC Nab City Tycoon Haruna Sentongo For Illegal Water Connections

National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) officials have bagged another illegal  water leach.

City businessman, Haruna Sentongo is the latest victim of NWSC’s operation to eliminate  water thieving in Kampala.

Brother to famed tycoon, Hamisi Kiggundu, Haruna has reportedly been stealing water to fuel construction at his un finished arcade.

We’ve been told that NWSC Officials ambushed  the tycoon’s unfished arcade located in Mengo and excavated an illegal water connection.
