Victims of the Police raid on Bobi Wine’s Fire Base studios last week on Thursday 12nd May, have been released from the slammer.

Last week policemen and UPDF soldiers forayed into the Fire Base studios in Kamwokya and arrested the several artistes for smoking weed. They were detained at Kiira Road Police station.

Incoming reports indicate that detained firebase singers as of yesterday were released after the Ghetto president bailed them out.

Through his Facebook Bobi revealed that his comrades — Ahabwe Innocent, Nsubuga Ashraf, Kawooya Muhammed and Oche Chilu— have been released, He Wrote;

“Finally our artists have been released from jail since Thursday morning. We have done post-detention counseling and they are now already in a good mood,”—Bobi Wine.
