I Am More Handsome Than Besigye – Frank Gashumba

Frank Gashumba is famous because he doesn’t zip up his mouth. He never stops because that’s all he can do. His mouth has caused him trouble, but he doesn’t relent. Most local television stations recently abstained from hosting him because he doesn’t sieve his thoughts. He now uses Facebook Live where he has all the freedom to say whatever he wants.

During his Facebook live on Tuesday, he said he is more handsome and hotter than former presidential candidate, Kizza Besigye. His communication was that if politics was about looks, Besigye would not appeal too many.

“Ugandans sympathize with people who are oppressed by the government. Not those who sit in offices,” he said. Gashumba was assessing Rtd Major Gen. Mugisha Muntu’s recent political loss. “Muntu is handsome, but that does not attract followers. Muntu’s politics is not so good for a country like ours. He does not go to the streets to oppose the injustices this government has put us through. That’s why he lost,” he explained.

Clearly, Gashumba could be a fan of Besigye, but poking fun at the colonel’s facial appeal may not go well with most of his admirers.
