Faded singer Big Eye claims he is the one who picked musician Deus Ndugwa alias Grenade from the street, a similar claim that was made by Jose Chameleone few days ago.
Big Eye says Grenade was about 8 years old when he went under his care.
“He wanted to sing but I advised him to first study. I enrolled him into a primary school but he only spent a day in that school and ran away,” he claims.
Big Eye also claims to have crafted his stage name 'Grenade'.
