A few days ago, Gender and Culture Minister Mrs Peace Mutuuzo banned genital elongation branding it criminal.
Her move was not welcomed by many who think it undermines Buganda cultural values.
Traditional healer, Maama Fiina said genital elongation is a blessing to every woman. It is what keeps some relationships going for years.
She promised to have dialogue with Mrs.Mutuuzo to teach her the importances of twin towers.
