Musician Jose Chameleone and his wife, Daniella, have been in the news recently over their ongoing divorce case. Daniella has filed for divorce, a request Chameleone is reportedly willing to grant.
However, a point of contention has emerged over Daniella's demands, which include full custody of their children, ownership of the Sseguku house, and monthly financial support for herself and the children. Chameleone has been resistant to these terms, wanting the Sseguku home to remain a family property and seeking shared custody of the children.
Mubarak Munyagwa has now offered his opinion on the matter, advising Chameleone to give Daniella everything she is asking for to ensure the well-being of their children. Munyagwa explained that since Chameleone currently has limited access to his children, refusing Daniella's demands could create lasting animosity between him and them.
He believes that Chameleone is a hardworking man who can earn enough money to buy or build another house.
"What I would advise Chameleone is to refrain from feeling angry with his children. They won’t grasp the situation as he lacks access to them, so it’s best for him to sign the documents and give Daniella what she asked for. In fact, he should do this in the next court session. Just relinquish the house, even if she ends up living there with her new partner, let it go. He should also continue providing her with funds to care for the children while the case is being resolved," he explained.
Munyagwa concluded that Chameleone should agree to give Daniella the 60% of his assets she is demanding to bring peace to the family.
