Presidential advisor and musician Mark Bugembe, popularly known as Buchaman, has publicly called out fellow singer Bebe Cool over what he claims are unpaid dues from recent political campaign performances.

Buchaman, who performed at several rallies for President Yoweri Museveni, says he has grown tired of what he describes as endless promises without payment.

According to the singer, he honored every invitation and delivered his performances as agreed, but has yet to receive any compensation.

“I performed like everyone else. I showed up whenever I was called, but up to now I haven’t been paid. All I want is my money—nothing else. I am tired of empty promises from someone I trusted,” Buchaman said.

He revealed that he was recruited to join the campaign trail by Bebe Cool, who allegedly assured him that all performers would be paid. Buchaman now accuses Bebe Cool of misleading him.

The outspoken musician added that his decision to work on the campaign came at a sensitive time, as he had earlier hinted at crossing over to support Bobi Wine and the National Unity Platform (NUP).
