NTV Uganda Journalist Resty Namawejje's Body Laid To Rest

Resty Namawejje's body has finally been laid to rest at her ancestral home in Abayita-Ababiri on Entebbe Road, in a Kabale village. Resty was one of three young ladies that perished in the deadly motor accident on Masaka Road at Nakirere, Mpigi District.

Yesterday a requiem mass was held at St Gaviira Catholic Parish in Bunnamwaya.

Family and friends plus workmates and journalists from various media houses struggled to hold back tears as Resty was rested in her final resting place.

NTV Staff and the management, described as ‘a hard working lady who was committed to her work as she tried to master the art of production.’
