Gospel music sensation and Buikwe Woman MP hopeful Judith Babirye is a wanted person after she failed to clear a debt amounting to more than 18m, one Hakim claims.
It is alleged that Judith Babirye borrowed the money in this year from one Hakim Sebowa, an events promoter but has since failed to pay back as agreed.
And this compelled Hakim to drag Judith Babirye to police.
Meanwhile, Hakim has sworn to trail Babirye on her campaigns and get her arrested for failing to honour the debt.
