Member of Parliament for Rubaga South constituency, Kato Lubwama was ditched in turbulent waters after a one concerned voter of Rubaga raised concern that he didn't have adequate papers to support his position.
The Uganda National Examination Board(UNEB) came out to clarify that the former comedian didn't sit for his UACE exams and didn't qualify for an O'level certificate having fetched 9's during his sitting.
Well, tabloids and newspapers came out to add light to the story but one outstanding one was by Josphat Sseguya of Bukedde paper, who was attacked by the Member of Parliament on Tuesday evening at the industrial based vision group offices.
Kato Lubwama threatened him accusing him of being a nemesis.
