South Africa-based Ugandan businessman Ivan Semwanga is dead and as expected social media is reacting to the SAD NEWS with mixed feelings.
One of the popular city hangouts, Club Guvnor, where Ivan used to chop most of his cash released a statement describing him as a "Character that lived larger than life"
