Musician Victor Ruz has opened up about the personal struggles that forced him to take a break from music at the peak of his career.
Speaking candidly, the “Love Legend” hitmaker revealed that both personal and professional pressures became overwhelming, pushing him to a breaking point.
“There comes a time, just like in any other business, when it is your time to shine—and there is also a moment when you break down,” he said.
Victor Ruz explained that while many people turn to destructive coping mechanisms during such moments, he chose a different path—one rooted in faith.
“Everything was on me. I decided to give my life to Christ because I was going through so many problems,” he revealed.
Choosing Reflection Over Reaction
The singer described himself as someone who prefers to step back and analyze situations rather than react impulsively.
“Some people solve problems by stepping into them immediately, while others step back and analyze. I am that kind of person,” he added.
During his time away from the spotlight, Victor Ruz focused on self-discovery and understanding the root of his challenges.
He believes this period was necessary to regain clarity and purpose before making any return to music.
