Fast-rising singer Tracy Melon has responded calmly to growing comparisons between her and fellow female artists Winnie Wa Mummy and Ava Peace.

Speaking during an interview on Galaxy TV, Tracy made it clear she is not bothered by the comparisons and instead sees them as a compliment.

The singer acknowledged that fans naturally compare artists, especially given the musical similarities and the fact that both Winnie Wa Mummy and Ava Peace have been linked to producer Mudra D Viral.

“I have no problem being compared as long as you’re comparing me with good people,” Tracy said.

Respect For The Industry

Tracy praised both artists for their hard work and consistency, saying they have earned their place in the industry.

“They’ve been on the scene for years. They’ve worked so hard to get where they are. They are very talented artists, so I don’t take comparison negatively,” she added.

Focused On Her Own Path

Despite the comparisons, Tracy emphasized that her main goal is to create music that touches people emotionally rather than compete with others.

“I just want to be the person you listen to and you just feel something. I just want to touch that place in your heart.”

The singer also hinted that a future collaboration with either Winnie Wa Mummy or Ava Peace is possible if the right opportunity comes along.

For now, Tracy Melon seems focused on building her own lane while embracing the recognition that comes with being mentioned alongside some of the industry’s notable female acts.
