Media personality and musician Crysto Panda has made it clear that he has no immediate plans to collaborate with Cindy Sanyu, citing her past remarks questioning his status as a musician.
Speaking during an interview with a local television station, Panda said any future collaboration with the self-proclaimed King Herself would depend on her first acknowledging him as a genuine artiste.
He explained that pursuing a collaboration under the current circumstances would feel forced and unnecessary.
"I will only work with Cindy if she recognizes me as an artist. I don't want to force myself on her. She said I am not a musician, and I respect her opinion so much. However, if she accepts that I am a musician, I will work with her," he said.
Despite ruling out a musical collaboration for now, Crysto Panda clarified that there is no bad blood between them.
He revealed that he continues to book Cindy to perform at events he organizes around Kampala, maintaining a professional relationship with the veteran singer.
