singer Joshua Baraka has given fans a preview of “Commando,” his upcoming collaboration with Nigerian Afrobeats star Tiwa Savage, ahead of the release of his Recess II EP.
The teaser offers a glimpse of the song, which is the second track on the forthcoming project and follows Baraka’s earlier Recess EP.
The collaboration brings together two artistes from Uganda and Nigeria, further expanding Baraka’s growing international music portfolio.
Tiwa Savage, one of Nigeria’s established Afrobeats stars, joins Baraka on the track, adding to the anticipation surrounding the project.
Following the release of the teaser, fans are waiting for the full song to drop. Baraka had initially planned to release “Commando” in November but has since indicated that the song will arrive this month.
The collaboration is expected to introduce listeners to a new musical pairing as Baraka continues to build his profile beyond Uganda.
