The community in Kayunga and the Muslim community across the country are mourning the death of Haji Nsereko Mutumba the Kayunga Resident District Commissioner and former Uganda Muslim Supreme Council-UMSC Spokesperson.
Mutumba passed on in the wee hours of Wednesday morning at Rubaga Hospital.
According to a close aide to Mutumba, burial details will be communicated later in the day.
The deceased's body is still lying at Rubaga hospital.
