Singer Spice Diana has finally spoken out about the long-rumored separation from her longtime manager, Roger, confirming that the two parted ways over a year ago.
For months, speculation had surrounded their working relationship, but both parties chose to remain silent. In a recent interview with a local television station, Spice Diana confirmed that they are no longer working together.
“I think I took long to speak because I’m not the kind of person who reacts to pressure. But it is true, I have not worked with him for almost a year now,” she said.
Despite the split, the singer revealed that there is no bad blood between them. She explained that they simply chose different paths and continue to maintain a professional and friendly relationship.
“We are good. We still communicate when necessary because some business still passes through him. But I now have a new management that I will soon introduce to my fans,” she added.
Spice Diana also clarified that she is still working with the same team that supported her during Roger’s time as manager.
“It is the same team we have always worked with. Roger is no longer my manager, but the communication is still there when needed,” she explained.
Spice Diana and Roger worked together for nearly 15 years, building one of the most successful artist–manager partnerships in Uganda’s music industry.
