Yesterday, there was a footage making rounds on social media of Col Kiiza Besigye taking an oath as the newly "elect" president of Uganda. In this clip Ingrid Turinawe is seen as the judge in the presence of Forum for Democratic Party chairperson Waswa Biribwa and Rtd. Col Kiza Besigye takes oath holding the Holy book of the Bible.

However, this didn't not leave former presidential aspirant Eng. Elton Mabirizi who came last in the race with only 24,498 votes (0.25) on feet, he quickly congratulated Doctor Kiiza Besigye and assured the public on social media (Facebook) that he only accepted defeat to the truly voted president.

Join me in congratulating Dr. Kiiza Besigye on his successful swearing in today.
I said during my campaigns that I would concede defeat only to the true winner of the presidential election.
I concede defeat to President Kiiza Besigye. I wish him and his government all the success in this difficult phase of Uganda's struggle for democracy and restoration of the dignity of our people.
For God and my County."
