Member of Parliament for Dokolo, Cecilia Ogwal has more than the age-limit bill to deal with.
Reports indicate that Ogwal’s son identified as Phillip has been abusing drugs and is admitted at Butabika Alcohol and Drug Unit (ADU).
Phillip has been in rehab for more than 2 months now and his family has been doing all they can to keep it away from the media.
